2. Lifetime License

Purchasing a "Lifetime License" grants you access to JM Conference features without recurring subscription fees. A lifetime license is defined as the lifetime of the product (JM Conference).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JM Conference to host sessions that facilitate illegal activities, distribute malicious software, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to ban communities or networks that repeatedly violate acceptable usage guidelines.

4. Limitation of Liability

JM Conference is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall JM Conference, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
